The onboarding process can be critical if the related activities are not adequately supported. In particular, Unlikely To Pay (UTP) and pre-deteriorated positions demand greater data accuracy and fast execution.

Each portfolio may consist of multiple assignors who often provide data that is difficult to interpret and requires costly enrichment activities. This platform’s strength comes from our deep expertise in data—ranging from governance to business intelligence, all the way through to data migration—integrated with RAD Informatica's solid know-how in the field of non-performing loans (NPLs).
This synergy has led to an innovative platform previously unavailable on the market, supporting the entire Credit ecosystem: banks, servicers, legal professionals, and the judiciary.
Beyond the technology itself, our added value lies in our ability to guide both the bank and the servicer throughout the entire process. We work both with the selling bank to extract data and with the acquiring servicer. Effective management of these steps is essential to prevent ensuing complications: flawed acquisitions, imprecise data, or overlooked accounting aspects can significantly prolong the time needed to stabilize the portfolio.
In 2018, the need to centralize the management of non-performing loans led AMCO to adopt RAD Informatica’s EPC solution. This allowed the integration of portfolios from multiple banks into a single platform, optimizing workflows and credit recovery. The onboarding model accelerated the acquisition and management of new portfolios.
