After graduating in Econometrics, he worked for several years at one of the world's leading consulting companies, operating in the finance sector of various Italian banking institutions. He then joined a leading IT consulting firm in Italy to implement strategic banking IT projects, both in Italy and abroad.

Throughout his career, he has led some of the most significant systemic changes for the automation of regulatory issues and the optimization of business processes and operational processes, including accounting and tax aspects, investment and private finance, retail front-end and back-office, often taking key roles in communicating and disseminating new operational models and in top management roles for their implementation.

At Deda since 2012, he has made a significant contribution to the group's growth, both through internal and external lines, currently holding various positions as advisor and chairman in the group's companies operating in the private market of banks, insurance companies, and large corporate enterprises.

Born in Verona and always passionate about Computer Science, he obtained a diploma in Computer Technician and later graduated in Information Sciences in Milan.

He started working immediately as a programmer, even during his studies, gaining technical experience that has always been useful to him in subsequent managerial roles.

In the following years, he began to take on roles of responsibility in managing projects, teams, clients and business areas. In particular, in the last 3 years, he has been responsible for the Market Line Banking, managing major banking clients.

As Head of Business Control, he is now responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing the company's financial performance, supporting various business areas in planning and control (Budget, Forecast, KPI Monitoring) and in analyzing costs and profitability.

He started working in IT at a young age and, over the course of more than 35 years, has held various roles as a developer, systems administrator, analyst, consultant, and sales professional.

His long career is marked by extensive experience in managing and implementing innovative technologies to improve operational efficiency and governance of business processes.

At Deda Bit, he is responsible for the Business Hub, which focuses on the development of offerings, marketing, pre-sales, and commercial activities.

In addition to his primary role, he is also a board member of RAD Informatica, BERMA, and Quod Orbis, Deda companies operating in the IT and technological consulting sectors.

Born in '62, from Southern Italy.

After technical training in computer science, he began his career in the 1980s as a software developer at a consulting company in Turin, RSI Sistemi. His professional journey led him to take on roles of increasing responsibility, becoming CEO of the company, which became part of the Altran Group in 2000.

With the French multinational, he developed the engineering consulting offering in Italy, before returning to focus on the insurance market, which he directed.

After an entrepreneurial experience focused on IoT solutions for insurance companies, in 2010 he joined CSC Italia to develop business in the same sector.

At Deda Bit (formerly Dedagroup Business Solutions), he took responsibility for the bancassurance market and led numerous successful initiatives in this area until the end of 2024, consolidating Deda's reputation for reliability and quality. Since January 2025 he is our Banking & Finance Manager.

He is also a member of the board of Microdata Group, a group company specializing in providing Intelligence Document Processing services.

A sports enthusiast, he enjoys reading international espionage books.

Of Tuscan origin, born and raised in Turin, he developed a passion for IBM Z-System platforms from the start, working as a Designer/Programmer and DBA on Mainframe Systems for major Insurance Companies.

He has always combined technological expertise with business knowledge, with a strong focus on listening to client needs, following the evolution of the Insurance market and aligning the offering and content lines with the main market trends.

A manager since 2003, he has held roles of responsibility at CSC, IBM, and Infoedge (Lutech), serving as General Manager of the Group’s Insurtech division from 2015 until the end of 2022.

At Deda Bit, he is responsible for the Insurance market.

A sports and classical music enthusiast, he has always had a passion for motocross, which he still practices at an amateur level with his competition bike.

Born in 1963 in Tortona, he is married and has two children. After earning degrees in Political Science and Literature from the University of Genoa, he was drawn to programming and databases through academic research, eventually moving into decision support systems and data analysis.

He founded one of the first Italian start-ups specialized in Business Intelligence, and for 20 years, he focused on Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Performance Management. In 2010, his company became part of Deda, soon evolving into the Analytics division for the entire group.

n 2015, he launched the Artificial Intelligence Lab, which developed the group's first Natural Language Processing and Visual Recognition projects.

In 2021, he took on the leadership of the Market Line Large Corporate, which is now positioned to become one of the group’s key growth markets.

Since 2023, he has served as CEO of Laser, a Deda Bit company specializing in low-code application development, working with major clients in the Telco sector.

He lives in the hills near Tortona, loves to travel, and enjoys outdoor activities, especially those that require resilience and those driven by the wind.

He has deep expertise in designing and implementing IT solutions tailored to the needs of both national and international clients.

His ability to manage projects in complex environments, combined with his deep knowledge of the reference market and strong expertise in banking information systems, has enabled him to contribute to the international expansion of the Deda Group, by adapting and delivering the Group’s solutions to new markets and successfully managing projects in multicultural contexts.

He currently serves as Innovation Manager at Deda Bit, where he is responsible for the Innovation Machine, the area dedicated to developing innovative solutions for the financial market.

Born in Trento, she earned a degree in Sociology from the University of Trento and completed a Master’s in Social Marketing.

Despite her background in social sciences, she has spent the past 25 years working in the banking sector, with a rich journey of personal and professional growth. She has gained significant experience in data management and banking IT systems, leading numerous data migration projects as a Project Manager for some of the major Italian banking institutions.

A passionate enthusiast of organizational topics and strategic communication, and an avid reader, she currently holds the position of Operations Manager at Deda Bit.

She is responsible for the Transformation Machine, an operational engine composed of over 130 professionals dedicated to delivering Digital Transformation projects, with strong specialization in M&A elated initiatives: ranging from complete IT system migrations to the onboarding of NPL portfolios.

Graduated in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1992, he immediately began working with data and their use in extracting business insights, founding one of the first Italian start-ups specialized in Business Intelligence.

Over the years, he has led and overseen the delivery of numerous projects for major Italian and international companies across various industries, including telecommunications, fashion, services, manufacturing, and finance.

In 2010, with his company, he joined Deda, taking on the role of Head of Business Analytics projects, and built an in-house competence center that today includes over 200 professionals, with expertise ranging from data warehousing to data governance, and from business intelligence to artificial intelligence.

In 2022, he also became CEO of ORS Group, a company specialized in AI.

He lives - and runs - in the hills of Tortona.
