Enterprise Impact
Crédit Agricole Italia is part of an international banking group serving over 50 million customers worldwide, with a strong local presence. What sets Crédit Agricole apart is its Universal Proximity Banking model, which unites the Commercial Bank and the Group’s specialized subsidiaries. This approach enables the bank to offer innovative and personalized solutions, built on strong relationships, trust, and social responsibility.
The context
According to the Supply Chain Finance Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano, 2020 marked a turning point for Supply Chain Finance, both in Italy and globally, becoming a key tool for efficient liquidity management. In fact, over €450 billion in trade receivables remain trapped within supply chains.
In 2020, Crédit Agricole Italia introduced an advanced solution to support supply chains. This initiative builds on existing relationships with supply chain leaders to monitor and assist their supplier base, fostering a three-way partnership between the Bank, the Supply Chain Leader, and Suppliers.

The choice
Developed in collaboration with FinDynamic and integrated by our team, the Digital Supply Chain Finance platform allows supply chain leaders to offer their suppliers innovative services integrated with their ERPs. This platform optimizes working capital through early invoice payment, either by using their own liquidity (Dynamic Discounting) or with credit support provided by the bank (Confirming).
This process helps connect large companies and SMEs, supports the real economy, and provides tangible assistance for economic recovery.
Our expertise made it possible to seamlessly integrate FinDynamic’s Cloud-based Supply Chain Finance solution with banking systems for accounts receivable management. This includes everything from credit flows and bank transfer operations to managing commission conditions and overseeing credit limits and client records, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
