Cassa Centrale Banca - Credito Cooperativo Italiano S.p.A. is the parent company of the Cassa Centrale Group, which includes 65 Cooperative Credit Banks, Rural Casse, and Raiffeisenkassen.

The context

The Cooperative Banking Group became a reality starting from January 1, 2019, thanks to the commitment of the parent company, Cassa Centrale Banca, along with all the participating banks that believed in the project. With the Treasury Entities system installed in a centralized mode, Dedagroup supports the group in the complete management of the processes related to treasury and cash services for public entities, enabling the electronic submission of payment and collection orders, budgeting, and real-time web consultation of their accounting situation..

To date, we manage the treasury for over 1,000 public entities, distributed across more than 35 provinces, on behalf of over 50 banks, processing volumes exceeding 5 billion euros annually and handling more than 900,000 payment orders each year.

The solution, fully integrated with the bank's information system, is available at different functional levels: entities with centralized treasury and non-subjected entities, cash and budget entities. Through its tabular structure, it ensures the adaptability of the system to various needs, and by storing historical data, it is possible to view past transactions and manage the history of closed fiscal years. Meanwhile, the application integration with other existing solutions allows systems to communicate in real time, automatically transferring accounting movements generated by current operations.

The digital signature service, the due date calendar, the ability to manage off-budget values, and compliance with SIOPE+ are just some of the features that make the Public Entity Treasury application an efficient communication solution, both to ensure success in the relationship between the bank and public entities and to provide ever-better service to citizens.
