The Context
Officially launched on January 1, 2019, the Cooperative Banking Group was created thanks to the commitment and dedication of its parent company, Cassa Centrale Banca, and all participating banks. Deda Group supports the organization in managing all processes related to treasury and cash services for public via a centrally installed Treasury Entities system. This includes the electronic submission of payment and collection orders, budgeting, and real-time web consultation of their financial records.
Today, we manage the treasury operations for more than 1,000 public entities across 35+ provinces, on behalf of 50+ banks, processing over €5 billion in annual transactions and handling more than 900,000 payment orders per year.
The solution is fully integrated with the bank's information system and operates at different functional levels, accommodating both Entities with Centralized Treasury and Non-Subject Entities as well as Cash- and Budget-Based Entities. Its tabular structure is suited for a range of diverse needs, while historical data storage enables visualization of past transactions and management of fiscal year records. Moreover, the application can be integrated with other existing solutions, allowing real-time system communication to automatically sync accounting movements generated by live operations.
